The Why Behind Our Design

A few years ago, our family went through something that completely changed the way I see home. I was in the middle of studying interior design and we were renovating our home when I started noticing that my daughter wasn’t hearing me when I spoke to her. The issue turned out to be connected to an environmental toxin in our home.

I began looking more deeply into the materials we live with every day, and over time, I started integrating my background in toxicology into my design work. Paints, finishes, flooring, adhesives… there were so many layers I hadn’t fully considered. We feel truly blessed that her hearing was restored when we eliminated the problem.

Today, I’m passionate about creating interiors that look beautiful—and that actively support the health and well-being of the people living in them. Spaces that feel good, function well, and quietly protect what matters most. I’m excited to share more of this approach as I build this space.
